Torsten Neeland. Office for Industrial and Interior Design
Torsten Neeland was born in Hamburg,Germany. Following his studies in Industrial Design at the College of Fine Art in Hamburg, Torsten Neeland set up his office for Industrial and Interior Design in London in 1997, where he now lives and works, establishing Torsten Neeland studio for Industrial and Interior Design. He has been developing his design experience with particular focus on contemporary design from corporate interior branding to product design for brands such as Audi, Dornbracht, Yohji Yamamoto, Donna Karan Home, Pierre Cardin and Duravit.
His work has been widely published in national and international press and is featured in several product and interior design books. The design appoach is clear and direct, as the design style. He believes that simplicity is very often a result of a complex process and the work being carried in the office is very much related to interdisciplinary thinking.
